Having previously been involved in research in the areas of cancer, immunology, infectious diseases, skin stem cells and autoimmune disease, Elizabeth moved over into research management whilst at the University of Cambridge. She moved to Singapore for her new appointment as the CARES Chief of Staff in 2024.
